If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by the seller and is not grounds for a refund.
Refund and Exchanges
No refunds, credits, vouchers, or transfers to a future season, no matter the circumstances (which also includes, but is not limited to illness and injury), within five days of the start date of the event. There may be a $25 processing fee for individuals and a $50 processing fee for refunds requested more than five days prior to the event.
Addendum March 2020:
In the case of COVID19, full refunds will be offered if an event is cancelled BEFORE the originally posted start date of a league or event due to CDC or State Recommendations. If the start date of a league or event has already begun, refunds will not be provided; however a pro-rated gift card will be issued for any cancelled games. Gift cards can be used towards any Beach City Social OR Beach City Sports league or event for a year from the date of issue.
